FULL TURN KEY CRUSHING & SCREENING PLANT

GEM GROUP HOLDINGS PTY LTD – Moree Quarry – Crushing & Screening Plant

Currently in the manufacturing process and due for Installation in October – November 2020. The plant is designed to run in fully automatic operation from the control panel in the Control room at the Primary. A SCADA ( Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) operating system is used to manage the plant processes via PLC’s (Programmable Logic Controller) which report data and communication to the plant.

The new plant of 450 – 500 tph will replace the old plant of 70 – 100 tph. The Primary plant consists of a steel bridge, 250T capacity Dump Hopper, Vibrating Grizzly Feeder, 12×5 Scalp Screen, ST48 Single Toggle Jaw Crusher, 20x6x2 Horizontal Secondary Scalping Screen and 20 metre Surge/Reclaim Tunnel with two Heavy Duty Pan Feeders.

The Secondary and Tertiary plant consists of a Dual Surge Bin fitted with Pan Feeders feeding a MVP450X Secondary Cone and a MVP450X Tertiary Cone, 20x8x3 Horizontal Control Screen, Canica VSI, 2 x 20x8x3 Horizontal Screens, Auxiliary Equipment includes Indeco Hydraulic Rock Breaker, Detec Dual Head Metal Detector, Mecal Self-cleaning Electro Magnet, Belt Weighers, Impact Beds, Scrapers and Belt Rotation Sensors and much more.

CRUSHING & SCREENING PLANT

Casacir – Neerim North Quarry – Primary Plant Stage 2

The Primary Plant was commissioned in September 2019. The plant is designed to run in fully automatic operation from the control panel in the Control room at the Primary. A SCADA ( Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) operating system is used to manage the plant processes via PLC’s (Programmable Logic Controller) which report data and communication to the plant.

The plant consists of a steel bridge, 250T capacity Dump Hopper, Vibrating Pan Feeder, Scalp Screen, ST48 Single Toggle Jaw Crusher, Cedarapids 20x8x3 Horizontal Sizing Screen, Cedarapids MVP450X Cone Crusher, Cedarapids 20x8x3 Horizontal Ballast Screen, 20 metre Surge/Reclaim Tunnel with two Heavy Duty Pan Feeders. Auxiliary Equipment includes Indeco Hydraulic Rock Breaker, Detec Dual Head Metal Detector, Mecal Self-cleaning Electro Magnet, Belt Weighers, Impact Beds, Scrapers and Belt Rotation Sensors and much more.

FULL TURN KEY CRUSHING AND SCREENING PLANT

Hallett Resources – McLarenvale Quarry – Full Crushing and Screening Plant

This was a full Turn Key/Greenfield Site. Installation was completed in July 2017. The plant is designed to run in fully automatic operation from the control panel in the Control room at the Primary. A SCADA ( Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) operating system is used to manage the plant processes via PLC’s (Programmable Logic Controller) which report data and communication to the plant.

The Primary plant consists of a steel bridge, 150T capacity Dump Hopper, Vibrating Grizzly Feeder, 10×5 Scalp Screen, ST47 Single Toggle Jaw Crusher and 20 metre Surge/Reclaim Tunnel with two Heavy Duty Pan Feeders.

The Secondary and Tertiary plant consists of a Surge Hopper fitted with Pan Feeder feeding a MVP450X Secondary Cone and a MVP380X Tertiary Cone, 20x8x3 Horizontal Control Screen, Auspactor 300RR VSI, 20x8x3 Horizontal Screen and 20x6x3 Horizontal Screen, Auxiliary Equipment includes Indeco Hydraulic Rock Breaker, Detec Dual Head Metal Detector, Mecal Self-cleaning Electro Magnet, Belt Weighers, Impact Beds, Scrapers, Belt Rotation Sensors, Radars, Dust Suppression, Wash Down Stations and Plant Lighting.

SECONDARY & TERTIARY CRUSHING & SCREENING PLANT STAGE 1

Casacir – Neerim North Quarry – Secondary & Tertiary Crushing & Screening Plant

This plant was commissioned in November 2014. This plant was built to replace mobile plant with fixed plant. The plant is designed to run in fully automatic operation from the control panel in the Control room at the Primary. A SCADA ( Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) operating system is used to manage the plant processes via PLC’s (Programmable Logic Controller) which report data and communication to the plant.
